I am running MAC X parallels 3.0 build 4560 XP pro last snapshot was Oct 1 2007

I closed the lid on my MAC last night after saving word docs to the VM everything was just fine.
This morning the Parallel XP version running in the VM was from the snapshot recorded Oct1 2007, yesterdays VM is not available. The only VMs available are snapshots from sep and oct. Once again don't save files to VMs shame on me but who would have thought....

Have I lost all doc's written since Oct 1?
Is there a procedure to access yesterday's VM?
Is there a restore util that can recover my word docs?
The MAC OS doesn't find the doc located on the VM.

    any help would be appreciated.

    Hello Dlikaris,

Please find your VM virtual hard drive - the .hdd file and right click it, open package contents. Make a screenshot and let me see it please.

    Best regards,
    Xenos

    Hello Dlikaris,

I can not see on this screenshot how old are the .hds files from the .hdd package. However you can take the latest of these files and restore your virtual hard disk.

For this you should copy the .hds file on Mac desktop and rename it into WinNew.hdd (for example). Then create a new virtual machine in custom mode and use WinNew.hdd as an existing virtual hard disk.

    Best regards,
    Xenos
