Retina resolution option not available

We're trying to turn on the option in Parallels 13 to use the retina resolution properly in a Windows VM. In the configuration settings-> graphics.
We checked previously and it was there, and then we came back several days later to update the setting and it is completely gone now. Nowhere in sight. A reboot didn't help.

Any input as to why it would have disappeared?
