Hi, I'm a designer with solid experience in vector-based and 3D modeling programs, who is migrating to Revit which of course requires a virtual machine to run on a Mac (I'm a 40+ year Mac user). Having lots of issues trying to improve my workflows, specifically the UI. Regardless if I use the trackpad (an obvious preference for all applications over any 'smart' mouse) or a mouse (have a logitech MX Master 3S), I cannot get Revit to orbit. Shift or not, center well pressed or not, even using Nav wheel. In other 3D modeling programs it's so fast and intuitive; Revit via parallels so far is absolutely infuriating to the point of being useless. Hoping it's just me, and a learning curve I can overcome. Are there any experienced Mac users out there with success using Revit who have mastered settings, hardware to make the UI/UX as quick and precise as it is on native Mac OS apps? System: Mac Studio 2022 running M1 Ultra chip with 128GB running Sonoma 14.4.1 Parallels and Windows both up to date Revit: Running Revit 2025.4 Here's a loom video where I narrate my issues: https://www.loom.com/share/ddfec743fb034a78aa1b7859fec3bdc2?sid=e016b209-91ea-4329-9a45-6f00c129b7ec Thanks, Tobin
