Right CMD Button + Windows XP SP2 / Internet Explorer 6

    I don't know if this is an issue in other programs, but the right CMD button does not map to CTRL in IE6.

    If I hit LEFT SIDE CMD+N I get a new window
    If I use the RIGHT SIDE CMD+N, I just get a contextual menu
