Windows 8.1 Mac OS-X Yosemite - both up to date RT Systems creates systems to remotely program a ham radio. In my case I have an ICOM IC-2730A radio. RT Systems supplies a cable which connects to a USB port on the computer and an audio port on the radio. I did this once successfully. When I revised the list and tried again, I keep getting a message to the effect that I don't have a connection between the radio and computer which, of course, I do. When I follow the directions, I am offered a chance to connect the USB port to either Mac or Windows. I've been selecting Windows. It must have loaded the drivers as it worked once. Does it not keep the drivers? Do I need to download them again? What should I try? Thanks. -- Larry
Hi LaurenceM, Please follow the steps suggested below: 1. Download latest build from: www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd10 2. Install it as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/en/122647 (Note: un installing and re installing Parallels Desktop will not effect your Virtual Machine) 3. Install Parallels Tools manually as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/en/112609 and connect the USB to Windows, install the drivers again and check if the issue still persisting.
