Hi - I have an ultrawide (3440 x 1440) monitor which I would like to use a native LG application called Screen Split on. This essentially allows the user to split the screen so the OS believes there are multiple monitors. This application does not load under Parallels and I suspect it's because my monitor is only recognised as "Generic - Non Plug & play". Is there any way of correctly identifying my monitor (LG 34UC97) using Parallels which may (or may not) help.

Does anyone have any wizzo ideas on getting this working?

(Should anyone else be interested, in the meantime I am using a fairly cool application called Virtual Display Manager but this doesn't quite suit my requirements).

    Thanks.
    James.

    Hello,
Where you able to solve this issue? I have an LG monitor that Im trying to run the Screen Split Control as well. What is the third part software did you use as a workaround?

Hi, did you reinstall Parallels Tools and check the issue? We do not have any third party support for the split screen feature.
