Dear all, I am using Parallels in order to run a software called Dymola which does not have a Mac version. Due to an error I get (see attachment), I cannot run the 64-bit version of the software. I don't have the same problem while using the 32-bit version of the same software. My question is, does anyone know how to fix this error I am facing OR would I get a decrease in performance if I continue using the 32-bit version? Once I installed the Dymola software, both 32-bit and 64-bit versions for there for me to run, although I am assuming the Windows 10 I installed through Parallels was 64-bit. Thank you in advance.
Hello CagdasS, Please check the compatibility of your program(Dymola) with your version of Windows of operating system by contacting the concern support team, if the software meets the system requirements then try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
