running docker in osx vm fails

    hello.
    Using Parallels Desktop Version 17.1.0 (51516)
    Host Mac OS Big Sur Version: 11.6 (20G165)
    Created a Mac VM.

    inside a mac vm, I am trying to run docker.
    Right now the error I am getting is:
    Environment error
    FAIL: Hypervisor framework fails
    I have already followed this thread: https://forum.parallels.com/threads/docker-for-mac-on-macos-parallels-vm.342891/:

    Inside sysctl output the list: machdep.cpu.features contains "VMX".

    What do I do next ?
