I'm using 3150 with a Boot Camp installation and it's fantastic. However, I usually download software on the Mac side. When I try to run PC apps that I download through a shared folder in XP, the app usually crashes. As soon as I copy it to the Windows desktop, it works fine. I've experienced similar issues in the past with shared folders on Virtual PC. Are there known issues with running apps or saving files to virtual network drives (which is what a shared folder really is, I believe) in Windows?

They're different types of filesystems... I'm sure with this global sharing thing, Parallels has some type of interpreter that aims to alleviate this, but I wouldn't think it would be so simple as to run a binary off of a different filesystem then what the OS that is attempting to run the binary is using.

Why would you need to keep a windows binary executable in a mac folder? The "shared" folders are actually on the mac (HFS+) partition... Not in th windows VM.
