Not sure if this is the right forum, but here goes.

I'm trying to running Rosetta Stone on Parallels 7 for Mac, on a OS 10.6.8.
Now the program won't find the mic part of the Plantronics USB headset that comes with it. It was running fine on Parallels 6.

I go into Parallels>Devices, and I see it, connect it in input and output, but Rosetta still doesn't see it.

    Any advice?

NOTE: I read one forum entry where it listed when dealing with Plantronics to "go into your program, and connect through the 'built-in' listing," but there is no such listing in any Windows program that has sound.

    Thanks.

I went into Windows Control Panel, to the sound settings looking for the microphone. The only listing I see is Parallels Sound Card.

The speaker part of my headphone works, but not the microphone.

    Any advice?
