Just to say that your system support code is f....g b...t. I have buy parallels since version 3. I pay for the upgrade all the time. I never had to use your support and first time i do with the chat. The code is unusable because older than one month.... Is it a joke????? What's the problem here...
Your upgrade is putting me in a big trouble for my work and no support.... only mail!!!! I have to pay now to chat with someone for some help!!!!! Are you killing????
