I'm having trouble using my scanner within Windows XP installed through Parallels on an iMac. I would like to use my HP ScanJet 5550c scanner in Adobe Acrobat Professional 7 which has been installed on Windows XP. The device appears to scan the document (it runs through the automatic document feeder and the status bar in Acrobat completes), however, at the end of scanning, Adobe gives me an error and says, "The file cannot be found." Any ideas? The scanner has worked fine on native Windows XP machines- I'm installing it on an iMac so that my colleagues can use it to perform scanning. For some reason, the HP software for Mac doesn't give access to the document feeder, so we rely on our PCs to do our scanning. Thanks! Bob
