I am running Sage Pro 2011 in Parallels on my MAC OS X 10.11.6. I cancelled a print job, and now the print icon is stuck and nothing else on the page responds to the mouse. I have force quit and restarted but the same locked screen keeps opening up as soon as log into Parallels/ Help!!!
