Screen resolution not going above 1920 x 1200

    I'm running a 2560 x 1080 Dell 29" monitor connected to my iMac, and I'm trying to run Windows 10 via Parallels 10 at that resolution. However, Windows only offers me 1920 x 1200 or below, and I'm currently stuck using 1920 x 810 to make it fit at 21:9.

    What am I missing?

    Hi PaulC2,

    Screen resolution in Parallels Desktop virtual machines is controlled by the Dynamic Resolution feature which is provided by Parallels Tools

    We would suggest you to reinstall Parallels Tools http://kb.parallels.com/4841 and then try http://kb.parallels.com/116141 how to keep custom screen resolution in Full screen mode.
