Scrollwheel is very buggy after update

Hey Guys,
I most recently updated to version 13 and now while scrolling through windows I the scroll now jumps back and forth in each direction up and down. I've tried switching it to optimized for gaming but that causes the mouse to jump around the screens as well. Let me know if theres any kind of fix for this.
