I have a wireless connection that I connect to. It gives me DHCP ip address, dns and "search domains" information. For the "search domains" it gives me 1 domain. It works fine on the OSX side, but within Windows XP, I get the IP connectivity, I can browse sites, dns works, etc. But If i try to use an unqualified host name it doesn't work. For example on the osx side if I type "ping alpha" it expands to "ping alpha.mydomain.com", but on the xp side it doesn't add my search domain and it just times out. Any ideas? This is latest build of parallels.
