I have been given a USB Seneye Aquarium Water Monitor for Christmas for my tropical aquarium which only works with PC. So I have registered it through Parallels and downloaded the software - all fine! When I plug the thing into USB the Devices drop down menu recognises the Seneye but when I come to register the slide (part of the monitoring system in the Seneye) the downloaded software says that the Seneye is not plugged in. When I plug in initially I get the window which asks if I want to connect the Seneye to the MAC or Windows . I choose windows obviously and then the wizard comes up to accept the new hardware, but I can't access software and it keeps asking for a windows disk to be inserted - I've never had one with Parallels. HELP!
