    Hi there,

A few months ago we bought two copies of Parallels but only installed one of them at the time.

Now I wish to install the other one - but I don't know which of the serial numbers has been used and which one hasn't. I've looked around the various dialog boxes but can't see anything useful.

    How can I find out?

there is a .parallels_licence (or similar name) file in /Library/Parallels

inside should be the key you used.

To avoid any problems you should re-activate already activated copies of parallels software and activate new parallels with the rest key.

    darkone, you're a star. /Library/Parallels/.parallels_license_2.2 it was.

ksenks, I think I get what you mean. Can I change the company it is registered with at the same time? The company that registered the first one has since been bought out.
