Serious Problems, HELP ! ! !

When i click on the play button so that I can use the software this message appears

: Attention! The configuration file .parallels_common_options, which

So I really need some help because I have searched high and low for this and I am still unable to find it. Is there anywhere i can get it?


Also disk utility is missing on my mac, I dont have the installation disc for my mac-{its at my other house in france}.

Can any1 help me obtain it another way?
