Set printer options per application - client side

Is there a way to set printing options per application. For example, we have several programs that need to always print duplex, but the majority do not. Can we set an option for just the required programs to duplex? It is a big hassle for the employees to have to change it within the client every time.

Same for printer selection. We have certain programs that are required to print to specific printers on the network. I would like to be able to set this up so that it automatically goes to the required printer instead of giving the option.

If this is not available, can I request it be added as a feature request.
