    Hi guys,

One of my users has trouble reading text in the published application; the font size is too small for her. Trouble is that this application doesn't allow changing the font size and it ignores the Windows font size setting.
That's why I wanted to lower the screen resolution of her remote applications; a lower resolution results in larger fonts.
However I'm unable to set the screen resolution lower than it is. If I make a RDP shortcut to the server and adjust the resolution in the shortcut; Windows simply ignores it.
If I log in by RDP and right-click the desktop to access the display properties I only have limited options for altering the resolution.
Can somebody please help me? Thanks in advance.

    2X Product?

    Hi,
Which 2x Product are you using ?
If you publish a desktop with the 2x LB and AS you have the possibility to publish a desktop and have a varied choice of resolutions.

It's lowest is 640x480. That's the minimum windows will allow you to go anyway.

Note: you need to set your client resolution to 640x480 to see the change in size.

Also check your default font on the TS you can change the size of your font scaling. ( adjust font size DPI from display settings. )

    Hope this helps.

hi there, when running applications the remote desktop has the same size of the local desktop. The desktop size cannot be changed for trhe remote session.

You need to lower the resolution before you start the application.
Make sure that you are logged off from the session and not just close the application, use the tray icon menu to log out
