I have successfully installed vista on a partitioned drive on my macbook, but when i want to run vista i have to restart my macbook and boot into vista Is there a way to use parallels to boot up my vista instead of having to restart? Nappy704@hotmail.com
You can install Parallels Desktop, it will recognize Vista Partition and will create VM for you and you will be able to run the same Windows in VM You can download build 5608 following link bellow: http://download.parallels.com/v3/en/GA/Parallels-Desktop-5608-Mac-en.dmg
vista using parallels did as you posted it did not work, The way it is setup on my side is that Mac os 45gb vista os 10gb the vista partition was original just a dos formatted drive thats where I installed vista after reinstalling parallels 3.0build 5608 it still doesn't recognize the vista partition.
