I have a setup.exe bootstrapper that tries to download an exe prerequisite (Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable). The download fails with HRESULT=-2146697211. If I enter the URL that the bootstrapper uses into the browser, it downloads immediately. I'm running Parallels Desktop 11.2 with Windows 10 and Network set to Bridged Network: Default Adapter.
The download error seems to have been an anomaly that occurred to several people on a particular day but has not reoccurred. May have been a download site issue.
