Please put your VM in MatintoshHD/Users/Shared. Make sure that your permission allow need user read and write it.
Do you move the boot camp vm's folder there, or just the vm descriptor file? Also, will the icon files still be generated, and will read permission be sufficient for other users? Finally, will each user have to launch the vm file, or is there some trick to enable you to see the vm when you launch the Parallels app?
