shared folders across network

Hello all. Here is my setup.

Lion (new macmini)
installed Win 7
I have a WD Tv and with the new Lion OSX the WD does not communicate any longer with mac. so my solution was to install Win 7 and share the drives from there. Here is where i'm running into problems.

I share my usb drives with my media on them with win7 and can see them no prob. when i go to share those folders on the network in win 7 the share options do not come up. I can share anything on my C drive no prob. Its only the shared folders from Mac to win 7 that i cant.

I would like to share a folder from Mac to win 7 then Win 7 share it on the network so WD TV can see it.

If you guys have a diff idea on how to get this working i'm all ears.
