Running Parallels Desktop 4.0. With Shared Profiles turned on and the box checked for associating MAC Document to PC My Documents, a new instance of the My Documents folder gets created where you only see the items in the MAC Documents folder. You see these items whenever accessing the alias My Documents folder on the desktop or when using the open/save diablog boxes. This instance of the My Documents is not visible in the file explorer. The correct My Documents folder sitting inside the Windows User folder displays the correct items when opened. If I turn off (un-check) the association of MAC Document to PC My Documents then the My Documents alias on the Windows desktop and the open/save dialog boxes resolve to the correct Window's users My Documents folder. How can I fix this? I have tried turning Shared Profiles on/off, reinstalled the Parallels VM, uninstalled and reinstalled Parallels VM with the same result.
