    Here is a tough one.
I have a program that runs over the network. You actually doubleclick the icon and it runs an actual .exe that is located on our R drive.
Is there a way to make it where when I save a document while in this program (while in Paralells) that it will show up with the correct icon and be able to double click it to get it to open?
The program at hand is PrintNetT (GMC software). It puts a wfd at the end of each job.
Currently I cannot Populate it because it is not a program in Windows, it is a program over the network.
    Make sense?
    Thanks in advance

Can you make a shortcut to the program an place it in the start menu>>programs to fook parallels into thinking it's real. That way you could have a PrintNetT.app under the parallels folder on the mac, and could use finder to always associate the wfd files to your shortcut.

I found changes in winXP required a reboot before population of the apps showed all of them (and even still doesn't show powerpoint).

Maybe someone with more experience could list a way to force an application shortcut t appear as a .app under parallels.

When PrintNetT is running, does parallels list it under the 'application' menu on the OSX menu bar (you'll need to be in coherence or single window to check this easily)?
