Sharing MS Office 2010 Apps between Parallels Users

    I'm a parallels newbie. Have successfully installed Parallels v.8 and Windows 7 on our new iMac 21.5 running latest version of Mountain Lion, 10.8.
    I recently installed Office 2010, but must have made an error because I am unable to configure Word or Excel to save documents or worksheets to my wife's or my own document file folder locations. As installed and configured currently, Word is only accepting one default "Save" location for both users. I want my files to be saved into my folder when I am the (Word or Excel) Parallels user, and my wife's (or additional users) saved to her own documents "Save" location. I am seeking assistance to learn how may I accomplish this.
