Sharing usb printer to Windows Network

Hello all,
long story short, i have a MacBook running parallels and has windows 7 installed as a guest os.
I have installed a usb printer to the guest os only and i want to share it to other Windows os computers.
Can you help me with the whole drill because so far i was unsuccessful with the traditional Windows way.
