Show unread message count on Outlook 2013 icon in dock

I have Parallels 10 installed on my work and home Mac, with Windows 7 and Office 2013. On my work Mac (iMac), the Outlook icon in the doc shows me an unread message count, while the one at home (MacBook Pro) doesn't... I've searched google and here in the Parallels forum but can't find info on what setting I need to change to get my home computer to show me the unread message count as well. If anyone can help, I'd be very grateful!
