Hello I have a clean new installation of windows2003 running on Parallels for Mac v5. When ever I shutdown prl_cc.exe will not end even if I try and force. Parallels becomes unstable and locks up. This was not the case under PD4 I have re-installed tools but still no luck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
