Sierra Optimize Storage issue

Per the update thread here: https://forum.parallels.com/threads/parallels-desktop-12-for-mac-updates-summary.337740/ I should be able to view and manage my Windows 10 VM with Sierra's Optimize Storage feature. Myself nor someone from "tech support" were able to to find and activate the "Parallels VMs plugin"
Where exactly is the software feature as written below and advertised on all the marketing material and how is it enabled?

• "Parallels VMs" plugin for macOS Sierra storage manager displays storage taken by Parallels Desktop virtual machines. Allows you to optimize disk space taken by virtual machines with a few clicks using the Free Up Disk Space wizard.
