SLAT Compatibility?

If the CPU in your Mac is SLAT compatible is it possible to make it appear as so in Windows?

I believe the i7 in my MBPr is SLAT compatible, but running coreinfo in Windows reports it as not being compatible. Is there any way to change this?

Also is there a way to modify any BIOS settings for your Windows VM or does it load with preset Parallels defaults?

Could we get SLAT available in our VM's? It is needed to run the Windows Phone 8 emulator and anything else based on Hyper-V in Windows 8
