I have been having issues with the performance of my windows 7 virtual machine on my Mac Pro. I have tried all of the various network adapter settings (Realtek, intel, etc.) but continue to have serious performance issues when utilizing the Cisco AnyConnect VPN client in Windows. I can only utilize about 3-4 megabit/s with the VPN whereas my internet without the VPN is around 240 megabit/sec in the virtual machine Windows 7 and on my native Mac. I have tried reverting to prior snapshots but I believe that this change occurred with either the update of my Mac to High Sierra or the update to Parallels 13. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Additional details that were not clear from my original post: this used to not be a problem. It became a problem sometime after High Sierra and parallels 13.

Is there a way to run parallels 12 and 13 on the same system simultaneously? If not, how can I revert to parallels 12 to help eliminate parallels 13 as being the culprit?
