I am having an issues with a web-based application that runs under Internet Explorer. The aplication loads a Siebel Systems plug-in to be able to access a back-end database. The issue that I am having is that the application run soooo slowly that it is unusable. Scrolling and refresh of screens is very slow as well. All other applcations seem to be running fine... Any ideas on where to start?
