GREAT hack for Macbooks with the built-in motion sensor.

CNET's Tom Merritt shows you a hack for Mac notebooks that takes advantage of a hard-drive motion sensor, which lets people switch between two desktop environments with a gentle slap.

The CNET guy says that this "feature" is built in to the new version of Virtue Desktops.

    FUN!

So if you're in Parallels with XP and you're frustrated with Windows ... just smack it! :)

P.S. I haven't done this yet, but will!

    Folks,
There is a far easier way to play around with the SMS sensors. The CNET walkthru is just too convoluted.

Just install SlapBook for VirtueDesktops. The latest version has an installer and runs as a regular app.
