Parallels smart mouse does not recognize LOL (league of legends) as an game. When I play it in window mode, the game does not lock mouse pointer. Even if we play it full screen mode, the game does not lock mouse pointer as well when I use dual moniter. Please solve it. Thank you

Nice but wrong analogy. SmartMouse option does not disable the mouse, it locks the mouse to VM in relative mode (as opposed to absolute). Oh, and don't forget to hold it properly.
