Hello!! I am using Parallels on MAC and I created a Snapshot from a Win7 virtual machine. Due to capacity problems i deleted the snapshot from the directory but forgot to remove it from parallels before. Now I have the problem that I am not possible to remove the entry from this snapshot in parallels. Every time I try to remove it show me a error message: You have to delete/change configuration file before you can remove snaphsot. But I still removed everything from the directory. Is there somewhere a registry entry that I should delete, Did I forget something, how can I solve this problem. Due to this problem I am not able to resize the free space for my virtual machine.
