So I was trying to do some testing with some VM's and to do so, I need to sniff the traffic between the two VM's.
So far, I have had zero luck and was hoping to get some help here.

I have a Windows 7 VM setup running wireshark and wanted to sniff traffic from other VM's I have created on my machine. However, I do not seem to be able to sniff the traffic.

Is there something I am missing?
I have configured both VM's to use the same virtual NIC (going into the properties for each VM and specifying the parallels nic).

But I still have no luck.

    Anybody have any suggestions?

    Thanks.

I had the same idea (but between Windows guestos and CentOS guestos) and the same result. Nothing useful showing up in Wireshark in OSX. Haven't tried to run Wireshark from within one of the two VMs yet. Has anyone else had luck doing this?
