so embarassing: how do you install an .exe program using Parallels?

    I finally got Windoz installed with the help of a great Parallels tech support person, but -- this shows how little I know about Windoz -- I don't have a clue how to install the two programs that I need to run. They are both .exe files. Can anyone tell me how?
