I'm almost positive I am, but I just wanted to make absolutely sure I wasn't missing anything obvious as I have a feeling the store will give me difficulties trying to exchange this.. I just bought parallels 3.0 premium, the box was shrink wrapped and all that, unopened. But upon opening it the only CD inside is for the bonus software, there isn't a CD to actually install parallels, nor can I find a serial anywhere. There should be two CDs in the box correct?
Please check what is on CD, if there are no serial, create ticket in support and provide details for order id, name etc
