Hello everyone, I'm driving nuts since yesterday and I'm totally out of ideas. One of our clients (hotel) was closed for a month. They got back and now they can't connect to the remote Application server (running on a remote network) Strange thing is clients (including me) from outside the hotel can connect. All workstations have windows firewall disabled (through GPO). The remote site firewall rules are ok. Have no problem accessing the remote server through RDP from all clients. Firewall and antivirus disabled on the application server. I would really REALLY appreaciate any help. Thank you D.
Hi there, you might consider to open a support ticket. Anyway, check the 2xServer logs (2xServer console -> Information), perhaps you see already something pointing you in the right direction. Here you find a port reference to cross check any settings Some antivirus are still a live in the background even when they are disabled. Those once should be removed for trouble shooting. Be aware that a win2008 has three firewalls. Kind regards,
