I have 2 parallels desktop licenses which gives me a license for 10 machines in Parallels access However, 2 of the seven machines I have installed parallels access on are showing as unlicensed in the web portal - I can access them fine from mobile devices and also if I download the direct weblink to them, I can connect to them fine It looks like the second set of 5 licenses (which were part of an additional subscription I bought a week ago) aren't being applied in the web portal
