Someone please help getting rid of my parallels mapped drive on domain server

Hi people

Could you please help me remove the old mapped drive parallels used to use to share between windows and Mac.

I no longer have the Mac computer and can't find where i need to go to get rid of this share which keeps popping up every time i log onto the domain at work.

There is no letter assigned to it and i can't see any maps.

any help would be greatly appreciated
