I'm having issues trying to get my Vpn to work when at a hotel & using their Ip setup. I can logon both from Mac & Xp to internet & get Thunderbird to work just fine. However when I try to logon to my Vpn, I will get the user/password screen, after OK, it just sits & tries to connect. Are there any suggestions for changes to be made. I am using wireless connection over the Global Suites network from the hotel. Psw
I've just looked at SonicWall demo and if I've understood right, Sonicwall VPN is a browser-based connection to remote sytem. Does it work ok from your usual location? Please try the solution described in http://forum.parallels.com/showpost.php?p=377173&postcount=16
Sonicwall is running on XP, windows based. I don't think it's browser based, its a normal client to the sonic firewall device. It has been working normally. There seems to be a relationship to the sharing of IP addresses or something is preventing the authentication process, again might be Ip address based ? I have VPN tracker for Mac & am able to access and connect w/ that OK. Between Parallels & Mac they aren't talking well. Thanks, Phil
I've just checked sonicwall demo inside VM and it works ok on my computer, please try http://forum.parallels.com/showpost.php?p=377173&postcount=16
