I've been using Parallels 7 with Windows 7 for a few months now with no problems. I am using a virtual machine, not Bootcamp. A few weeks ago Parallels started spinning infinitely on load and the virtual machine started freezing intermittently. Most of the time I found the OSX Finder to be not responding and killing it would free Parallels. This is not always the case for the problem starting Parallels. Sometimes only a reboot will let me load Parallels. Unfortunately the Finder goes unresponsive within minutes of starting my virtual machine. Once killed, it is unable to reload and so I have no direct file access on OSX. This is a huge pain since this is my work machine and I need both to be working. Anyone have any ideas?
