Hello ! We have an issue with 2x Application Server version 6.1 and Windows Vista SP1 We have 2x with the SSO service installed on our computers. Some of them have Windows XP and others have Windows Vista. We have a domain policy that expires the passwords of our Active Directory users in 30 days. We observed the following : - If the password expires , the user is no table to change the password. The old password / new password screen will not show up, and it is impossible to enter a new password - If we set „User must change password at next logon” in Active Directory, the same thing happens. The user will not be able to change it If we uninstall 2x Client, the problem dissapears and the user can change the password. Please give us a solution , we have many calls to our office because user cannot change their passwords after it expires. The problem only happens with Microsoft Vista.
Can anyone confirm if this kind of thing is still a problem? I'm not using Vista, but I do have XP and I'm fixing to deploy Win7 as well. This would pose an issue for us when passwords expire. Thanks
