Starting Windows 7 in background (or minimized)

    Hi all,

    When i start a Windows application for the first time, Windows 7 starts in Coherence mode. It works fine but i don't like the fact that Windows 7 is full screen until it is fully started. Is there a way to start Windows 7 in the background?
