What effect do the items in the Startupitems/Parallels folder have on OS X when Parallels is not active? I run Parallels only when I want to bring up Suse 10.2 on my iMac but otherwise it is not used. It seems that these startup items would have some effect, even when Paralles is not active, but I do not know what those effects might be. Can anyone help with this? Mike
