A game I had previously purchased on Steam for Windows is not showing up in my library when I install it via parallels. They have informed me they provide 0 support for emulating Windows in this way. I am confused why this is the case and what could be done about it

If your Steam client is not supported or doesn't open or it does but it's stuck at the connecting phase, the most possible reason for your issue is either an unstable connection or Steam being temporarily down. Check if websites loads in browser, and if needed restart your modem.
